Our Approach

We treat others the way we would like to be treated—with attention to each individual, providing factual information, and without rushing.

Time for your questions

No five-minute appointments. We take the time you need for diagnosis, treatment decisions, and follow-up questions.

Multilingual on equal footing

Consultations and treatment in German, English, and Turkish. Important medical information should remain clear and understandable—in your language.

Handle with care

Where medically appropriate, we rely on tissue-sparing techniques such as the Celon method—outpatient procedures that largely do not require traditional nasal packing.

Up to date

Audiometry, vestibular diagnostics (VNG), ENT endoscopy, and modern allergy testing — diagnostics performed according to current specialist standards.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Practice

Which insurance plans are covered?
We treat patients with public health insurance from all health insurance providers, privately insured patients, and self-pay patients. We discuss IGeL services and private billing transparently in advance—you will always receive a treatment and cost plan before any services are provided.
Do I need an appointment, or can I just drop by?
We operate on an appointment-only basis to minimize wait times for everyone. You can book an appointment online via Doctolib or by phone. In urgent cases, please call us in advance—we’ll do our best to find a slot for you at short notice.
How can I reach you outside of office hours?
In case of a medical emergency outside of our office hours, please contact the on-call medical service by calling 116 117 or go to the nearest emergency room. We will post a banner at the top of our homepage to notify you of any sudden clinic closures.
What's the best way to get to the office?
The practice is centrally located in Rüsselsheim am Main at Liebigstraße 2. You can easily reach us by car via the A60. By train or S-Bahn, travel to Rüsselsheim Hauptbahnhof; from there, it’s just a few minutes’ walk or a short bus ride. Parking is available nearby.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring your insurance card, a list of your current medications, and any previous medical records (audiograms, lab results, surgical reports). If you have symptoms that have persisted for some time, it would also be helpful if you could provide a brief note indicating when they began and what makes them worse or better.
Are the office spaces accessible?
Yes. The office is accessible by elevator, and the entrance and treatment rooms are wheelchair-accessible. If you have any special needs, please let us know in advance—we will make the necessary arrangements for your appointment.
