How do I get an appointment fastest?
Via Doctolib you usually get a free slot within a few days. For acute symptoms please call us — we try to find a slot on the same or next working day.
What do I need to bring to my first appointment?
Health insurance card, a list of your current medications, any existing reports (audiogram, allergy passport, surgical reports) and — if available — a referral from your GP.
Do you also treat private patients and self-payers?
Yes. We bill statutory and private insurance as well as self-payment. Optional services (IGeL) are explained transparently in advance.
Are outpatient operations really performed without nasal packing?
With the Celon method (bipolar radiofrequency), most nose and palate procedures can be performed without classical nasal packing. We discuss in advance what makes sense for you.
Do you also speak English or Turkish?
Yes, consultation and treatment are available in German, English and Turkish.
